"La Torre dell’oliveto è un posto magico. Immersa nel silenzio delle vigne e degli ulivi, permette di rilassarsi e godersi a pieno le bellezze della natura umbra. La posizione è ideale per chi, come noi, vuole girare in macchina nelle zone alla scoperta di borghi famosi e non, riposando lontano dai rumori della città. L’appartamento è pulito, comodo, molto spazioso e fornito di una cucina attrezzata. Il terrazzino per la colazione, poi, regala una vista meravigliosa sui vigneti. Filippo e suo padre sono persone squisite, gentili e disponibili a dare qualsiasi consiglio sul luogo e su dove mangiare. I due cani presenti sono i più docili, silenziosi e affettuosi mai trovati! Ci auguriamo di poter tornare l’anno prossimo e godere nuovamente della bellezza e della storia della Torre dell’Oliveto."

"We loved every moment in your beautiful Cottage. We enjoyed haveing such a warmhearted and wonderful host family and we LOVE Danka and Sasha!!! Getting up in the morning overlooking this breathtaking landscape, listening to the calming songs of cicades, the wind in the cypress trees surrounding ancient Torre dell'Oliveto was simply amazing and it still gives us comforting goose bumps thinking back to the scent of the olive grove! This place is simply perfect. Either if you want to visit beautiful Perugia, Assisi, Siena or San Gimignano - it is also perfect for long walks, reading a good book, eating the best food ever or enjoying the simplicity of Umbrian lifestyle. The best way to live life happily as we have figured! Thank you for having us as your guest. We loved beeing at Torre dell'Oliveto!"

"L'appartamento, molto accogliente e sapientemente restaurato ed arredato con graziosissimi pezzi d'antiquariato locale, fa parte di un antico podere del 1300, che padroneggia dall'alto un'intera collina di ulivi e vigneti. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare un sacchettino con dei cioccolatini tipici e una bottiglia di delizioso olio, prodotto dall'Azienda di Famiglia. La tranquillità e la meraviglia di quei luoghi è impagabile... sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato, dove natura e paesaggi da cartolina fanno da sfondo alle rilassanti giornate all'aria aperta. Nonostante l'appartamento sia circondato dalla tranquillità più assoluta, si trova a pochi minuti d'auto dalla strada principale, da cui si può partire alla scoperta delle bellezze storiche, paesaggistiche e culinarie di questa meravigliosa parte dell'Umbria. È stato davvero difficile ritornarcene a casa senza pensare continuamente alla nostra meravigliosa vacanza e alla squisita gentilezza ed ospitalità di Filippo, della sua ragazza Arianna, di Giacomo e di loro padre, Pietro. Non vediamo l'ora di poter presto ritornare presto a trovarli!!! Grazie di tutto e a presto : )"

"Filippo's house was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had! The property is absolutely gorgeous. We wanted a few days in the country side after seeing Rome and the Amalfi coast and the countryside was by far our favorite part of the trip. Filippo and Arianna were the kindest hosts- from lots of local recommendations to a sweet welcome gift of chocolates and a bottle of olive oil from the farm, the place was so cozy and truly felt like our little home for the 5 days we were there. The apartment is clean and spacious, we really enjoyed cooking meals and walking around the property after dinner. We loved their dogs and looked forward to seeing them everyday, they were extremely well behaved! The location was perfect for us- we wanted to see a couple of different towns, we spent days in Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Tresimeno and it was easy to get to all of them from Filippo's place. We were so sad to leave, it was a truly memorable week with them and we hope to return. Until then, we were able to purchase some of their olive oil to bring back with us and gift to family members!"

" Il nostro soggiorno alla Torre dell'Oliveto è stato rigenerante per corpo e mente. Completamente circondati da ulivi e vigneti abbiamo soggiornato in una casa davvero ben organizzata e comoda, dotata anche di cucina. Due bellissime cagnolone ogni mattina ci davano il buongiorno, davvero simpatiche! E poi che dire dell'ospitalità: Giacomo (il fratello di Filippo) e famiglia sono stati cordiali, disponibili e simpaticissimi fin dall'inizio, consigliandoci tantissimi posti da vedere e dove poter assaggiare specialità come cinghiale e tartufo. Per qualsiasi necessità loro c'erano. Abbiamo anche potuto apprezzare l'olio fatto da loro...buonissimo! Ne abbiamo anche acquistato alcune bottiglie. La posizione della Torre dell'Uliveto, essendo a metà strada tra il lago Trasimeno e Perugia è ideale per spostarsi e visitare l'Umbria. Consigliato! Noi eravamo in 4 (2 coppie) + una cagnolina."

"We had the most amazing time staying tranquil and quiet ..just perfect. The apartment is very well equipped with all you could possibly need and so cosy..nothing was to much trouble when we needed to ask anything and communication was very fast and attended to immediately...even though the owners are right there we were not disturbed and hardly ever saw them and when we did they were so nice and despite our Italian not being very fluent they were accomadating and did their upmost with communication to make us feel comfortable and not alienated ..I can 100% recommend Filippo's apartment. Amenities offered everything you could need for your stay .. Plenty of parking space and access was private and we were not disturbed ..your privacy while staying is assured ..we had a wonderful time and stay at this apartment."

"I read one review that says if they can stay forever, they will. And that’s exactly what we feel. If you secretly (or not so secretly) longing to live in Bella umbria, amidst olive trees and majestic nature, in a rustic farm house, this is it! Truly a memorable experience. We stayed for 5 nights on winter and the house has everything we need. A complete kitchenette, big bathroom, classically designed room. The fireplace gives an authentic winter experience. The location is exactly what we wanted. Rural & close to nature yet only an hour drive to all major cities (in various direction). My husband have the best jogging view every morning. It’s such a welcoming feeling to return home after a day of sightseeing (Assisi is a must). You do need to have a car for easy mobility. But for me, what makes this one a home away from home is Filippo, his family & the dogs (whom I fell in love with instantly - Sasha & Danka) They all are warm & hospitable. It makes our stay a truly memorable one. We will definitely return. And if you’re lucky enough to find this house available, book it."

"We stayed six nights here and I wish it could've been six years. I LOVE this place! The apartment itself is great. Small fridge and stove so that we were able to cook many of our meals in the apartment. Water pressure and temp in the shower was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. But for me, the best part was the property itself. It is absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed walking in the evenings with one of Filippo's dogs that would join us, Sasha...that was really nice. Also excellent communication with Filippo & Arianna. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay, but Filippo's dad immediately went out to the store and got more so that the situation was remedied in about 20 minutes. For five nights it was just me and my husband, but we had to add one person staying with us for the last night, so Filippo kindly set up another bed for us. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and hope to go back very soon! Thank you so much Filippo."
